It started when she was a child helping her grandmother prepare Sunday dinner for her entire extended Italian family. Starting out as a professional in the food business when she was just 18, Lori has since managed and owned a series of successful establishments. For the past 17 years she owned, managed, and operated one of the most successful Italian deli and catering institutions in Westchester, J & G Deli in Bronxville. Patrons from all over the county came to her for signature hot dishes, specialty sandwiches, fresh mozzarella, Arthur Ave fresh bread, top quality pastas, and premiere catering services. She decided to open her newest establishment in Thornwood because of her knowledge of the family-friendly neighborhood and the inviting people. In addition, she plans on incorporating some of her newest creations, including delicious paninis, hot off the press, a chopped salad station, and a handful of new options to her menu. Providing the highest quality food and most dedicated service continues to be her trademark.
